Thank You Letter

I cannot stress enough the importance of both sending and receiving “thank you” letters to my staff. It shows that you appreciate someone's efforts and that your efforts are appreciated in return. I must also emphasize the importance of putting it down on paper. In today's age of e-mail and twitter, it is important to still be personal and nothing is more personal than sharing your thoughts on pen and paper. Everyone loves getting mail that isn't a bill!
