Bill Blake

Bill Blake brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Superintendent at REDCOM Design & Construction LLC. He began his career as a concrete finisher, building a strong foundation through hands-on fieldwork and union craftsmanship. In 2000, he joined the union and worked throughout both New York and New Jersey, proudly serving as a member of Local #4 in New Jersey and Local 780 in New York. He holds an OSHA 62 Superintendent card and a scaffolding permit.

Throughout his career, Bill advanced into leadership roles, managing projects as a Foreman and later as a Concrete Superintendent. In these positions, he oversaw crews, coordinated field operations, upheld strict quality standards, and ensured projects were completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play college football, and cheering on the New York Giants.
