David Bestone

David is a Project Estimator at REDCOM, where he is responsible for reviewing project documents, performing quantity takeoffs and preparing cost estimates and proposals. His work ensures accurate, competitive bids and financially sound projects.

Before joining REDCOM, David helped establish Arc Building Partners’ presence in the Philadelphia market by securing major multifamily developments for Saxum Real Estate and Pennrose. His background also includes project management roles at Meridia Capodagli Property Company and Fields Construction Company, as well as engineering work on infrastructure projects with D’Annunzio & Sons.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and is OSHA-30 and Hazwoper-40 certified as well as NYS DEP Erosion & Sediment Control certified.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, bowling, working out, following football and keeping up with the stock market.
