Donald Gumm

Donald serves as REDCOM’s lead superintendent and safety officer, overseeing all field construction operations. As the head of site management, he is responsible for staffing each project with the appropriate site supervisor and ensuring construction processes are executed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards. Donald also leads ongoing safety trainings to promote a strong culture of jobsite safety.

With 49 years of construction experience, Donald brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. He previously owned and operated his own construction company for 25 years, giving him a deep understanding of both project management and field execution.

Donald is a graduate of Hudson Catholic High School and 13B Artillery School. He holds OSHA-40 and Procore certifications, further reinforcing his commitment to safety and professionalism in the field.

Outside of work, Donald enjoys spending his time cooking, baking and fishing.
