Jeffrey Westdyke

Jeffrey Westdyke is a senior superintendent at REDCOM, where he is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, conducting safety inspections and ensuring that project workflows are executed smoothly and on schedule. Jeffrey is essential in keeping REDCOM’s job sites running at a high standard.

With over 35 years of experience as a carpenter and 24 years working as a superintendent, Jeffrey brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project. His deep understanding of construction from the ground up makes him an invaluable asset in the field.

Outside of work, Jeffrey is a dedicated family man. He spends most of his free time driving his kids to practices and games and has proudly coached youth baseball, football and softball for the past 15 years.
