Julia Torres-Giannasi
Project Accountant
Julia is a Project Accountant at REDCOM where she sets up and maintains project accounting systems, manages financial records and oversees all aspects of project billing. Her responsibilities include creating and tracking invoices, applying payments, monitoring payment status and reconciling accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial reporting.
She brings over 10 years of accounting experience across industries such as mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, insurance, safety and flooring. Prior to joining REDCOM, Julia spent four years as a Project Accountant and AP/AR Manager for the technical division of a global TPA and claims management firm, specializing in cost tracking, financial reporting and payment processing.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North University of Paraguay and has completed professional training in project management and continuing education in practical and computerized accounting, payroll and federal taxation through Union County College. She is also a commissioned Notary Public in New Jersey.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys beach days, country drives, biking and hiking in northern New Jersey.
