Tamara Rodriguez

Tamara is a Superintendent at REDCOM where she is responsible for daily on-site supervision and coordination. She works closely with the project manager to schedule site activities, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a safe and productive job site. Tamara also serves as a key point of contact for subcontractors, design teams and owner’s representatives, facilitating clear and consistent communication throughout the construction process.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Tamara has led work on several high-profile projects, including the Hudson Yards development, the Million Dollar Listing project in SoHo, the Avalon Luxury Living development and a variety of high-end storefronts along Fifth Avenue.

Tamara holds an OSHA-500 Instructor License and is certified in OSHA 30, 4-Hour Scaffold, and holds a NYC SST 62-Hour Supervisor Card (via Andromeda Academy), as well as additional training in project and facilities management through the Mechanics Institute. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations. She cherishes quality time with her grandson and is alway on the hunt for new restaurants or perfecting her own recipes in the kitchen.
