TJ Motley

TJ Motley is a Superintendent at REDCOM where he is responsible for the daily management of construction projects. His role includes enforcing job site safety protocols, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality control across all phases of construction.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University, TJ jumped straight into construction management. He spent a decade managing complex commercial projects throughout Manhattan and the five boroughs before relocating to New Jersey, where he shifted his focus to residential construction.

In his free time, TJ enjoys skiing, watching and playing sports, going down the shore and chasing after his two kids and energetic puppy.
