Victor Bonilla

Special Projects Coordinator

Victor is a Special Projects Coordinator at REDCOM where he manages smaller-scale construction projects. His role includes coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure project requirements are met, supervising all warranty work and handling in-house maintenance tasks.

Victor gained experience from an early age working for his father’s home improvement company where he developed skills in drywall, carpentry and painting. Through this experience, he also learned how to effectively communicate with clients and vendors to deliver successful residential projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Design from Rutgers University and is OSHA-30 certified. Outside of work, Victor enjoys playing soccer and basketball, spending time at the beach and being with his family.
