Will Kaminskas

Will is a project superintendent at REDCOM, where he is responsible for site supervision, safety management, project scheduling and coordination, quality control and daily reporting. Prior to joining REDCOM, he spent four years as a civil design engineer, following a project management career track. During that time, he worked on public capital improvement projects for two years before transitioning to private site development design.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys following major league sports, playing in an adult soccer league and hiking with his Australian Shepherd/Dachshund mix.
