Yes, REDCOM’s site civil engineers provide sitefeasibility analysis and due diligence. This includes examining sites forapproved use, buildable yield, soil condition analysis, drainage, environmental restrictions, transportation restrictions, etc.
Site civil engineering involves designing everything on the property except the building. This is critical as site plans are typically approved by the relevant regulatory authorities before building permits may be applied for and obtained. It includes site due diligence, concept planning and development of the site (e.g. site demo, grading, drainage, lighting, landscaping, and soil erosion & sediment control, etc.)

Yes, REDCOM managessite plan approval to obtain entitlement to build.REDCOM’s site engineering team designs and submits site plans for municipal and other agency approval (e.g.,County, Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture, Department of Environmental Protection,etc). When approval is granted, REDCOM’s architecture department develops Architectural / Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction documents appropriate for building permit application and construction. REDCOM also achievespost-approval resolution compliance as needed.
