Maxon celebrated the grand opening of its new showroom and service center in April and was attended by NJ State Senator Joe Cryan and Union Township Committeeman Joseph Florio. REDCOM provided site engineering, architectural and general contracting services to Maxon. Throughout the 11-month project, Maxon continued to operate on site. “The Maxon project was particularly rewarding for REDCOM,” said Sam Rockaway, SVP of sales. “REDCOM kept Maxon selling cars and servicing vehicles at its location while we demolished the existing showroom, completely renovated the service facility and built a small addition onto it. All on a very busy site.” Maxon undertook the construction project to enhance BEFORE Maxon Hyundai its customers’ experience and to increase the capacity and efficiency of its service center. “Maxon Hyundai is a high-volume dealership,” said owner Robert Mariani. “We updated our showroom to give our customers a more enjoyable experience. We also enhanced our service area – adding new lifts, expanding and optimizing the space - to keep pace with customer demand. We’re thrilled with the beautiful, fully brand compliant results that REDCOM delivered in a very short timeframe.” Maxon’s site accommodates over 700 new and used vehicles in inventory. 
- [REDCOM Renovates United Way of Greater Union County](https://www.redcomllc.com/news/redcom-renovates-united-way/): RAHWAY - REDCOM Design & Construction is pleased to announce the renovation of the United Way of Greater Union County's new headquarters at 219 Central Avenue in Rahway, NJ. The renovation began in March and is expected to be completed this summer. The City of Rahway provided the building to United Way with a long-term lease of $1 per month, with the provision that United Way renovate the building to make it fit for occupancy. United Way selected REDCOM as construction manager and general contractor to oversee the project that includes a full interior renovation and fit-out and a roof replacement. The building, once occupied by Elizabethtown Gas, requires all new mechanical systems, wiring and plumbing, a fire alarm system, and removal of the basement ceiling and framing.

There were 125 NAIOP NJ members, colleagues & family volunteers for the annual day of service.Furthermore, there wer 4,222 pounds of donated food, and more than $4,400 in funds raised providing a total of 13,200 meals!
- [Downtown Westfield 5K Run and Pizza Extravaganza 2018](https://www.redcomllc.com/community/downtown-westfield-5k-run-and-pizza-extravaganza-2018/): REDCOM participated in the Downtown Westfield 5K & Pizza Extravaganza on July 25, 2018. REDCOM had 28 participants in the event. The race is one of the largest non-corporate 5K races in the state, attracting 2,496 runners and over 6,000 spectators for an evening of running, pizza, prizes, DJ entertainment, and live music.

- [Will Haduch](https://www.redcomllc.com/about-us/our-team/will-haduch-3/): Will Haduch leads the REDCOM engineering department at REDCOM. His site designs aim to maximize the usage of each property. His responsibilities include developing site plans from the conceptual phase through final approval. He also provides construction administration services, including submittal reviews and site visit reports.  In his early career, Will worked on the construction management side of the business, which included a high-rise luxury apartment in Midtown Manhattan, an FBI Biometric Security Center in West Virginia, and hurricane repairs in Texas, Florida and the Virgin Islands.
- [Eduardo Diaz](https://www.redcomllc.com/about-us/our-team/eduardo-diaz-2/): Eduardo is a project estimator at REDCOM, where he is responsible for subcontractor pricing analysis and material takeoffs. He brings valuable experience from his previous role at an architectural precast company where he also worked as an estimator. Before that, he gained hands-on industry knowledge working for his family’s construction business in a similar capacity.

- [19 Commerce Court](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/19-commerce-court/): REDCOM Design and Construction completed the 19 Commerce Court West industrial facility renovation project in South Brunswick, NJ. Targeted upgrades such as additional dock-high doors, newly constructed office spaces, and an upgraded sprinkler system greatly improved the property’s functionality. The result was a modern, high-performing facility in one of New Jersey’s strongest industrial submarkets.
- [156 Boundary Road](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/156-boundary-logistics-facility-industrial/): The 156 Boundary Road facility in Marlboro, NJ will have improved access along the roadway, expanded parking areas, and upgraded stormwater management systems. REDCOM is managing the construction and provided architectural and engineering services. The structure is a brand-new logistics, shipping and fulfillment facility. The building (56,170 square feet), will include four offices, one large breakroom and two bathrooms. There will be four loading dock doors and one drive-in door. It will be a precast concrete panel building with form liners. 
- [Beacon Hill Country Club Maintenance Facility](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/beacon-hill-country-club-maintenance-building/): REDCOM completed a 4,000 sq. ft. maintenance facility with a walk-out basement and one story in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.  The structure accommodates storage basins and maintenance equipment for Beacon Hill Country Club. The project is estimated to be complete in September of 2025.
- [Shark River Road Warehouse](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/shark-river-road-warehouse/): REDCOM’s ongoing project in Tinton Falls, NJ, is a 130,000 sq. ft warehouse with 60 car parking spaces and 44 oversized parking spaces.  It is designed to accommodate up to 8 tenants with 8,400 sq. ft. of office space, slated to be complete in September of 2025.
- [Front Street Housing](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/front-street-housing/): REDCOM Design & Construction completed the Front Street residential development in Scotch Plains, delivering an 80,181-square-foot, three-story multifamily community that brings 42 new residential units to the area. The project included a first-floor parking garage equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, while the second and third floors feature thoughtfully designed living spaces for residents. From sitework and foundation construction through the building's structural shell and final finishes, REDCOM successfully managed every phase of the project, delivering a modern residential development that supports the continued growth and vitality of the Scotch Plains community.

Fulfill provides food to families experiencing food insecurity and to area food pantries, distributing food for 1.2 million meals every month. The expansion will address growing food insecurity in the central New Jersey shore region and provide more perishable items with a larger freezer and cooler.

- [John Johnson DCJR](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/john-johnson-dcjr/): REDCOM renovated the 9,356 SF showroom to John Johnson DCJR in Budd Lake, NJ. This project started in November of 2023 and was completed in December 2024. REDCOM provided the engineering, architectural design and construction management services. This new space comes equipped with a 7,314 SF drive-through service area expansion for an efficient customer experience.
- [Blue Oak Dispensary](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/blue-oak-dispensary/): REDCOM's small projects division completed the Blue Oak Dispensary in February of 2024. What was once a dentist's office is now an upscale, modern 1,160 SF dispensary in Bloomfield, NJ.

Our comprehensive design-build services, which include engineering, architectural design, and construction management, are focused on enhancing every aspect of the site.

The exterior walls received a new paint finish according to the brand's specifications. The interior finish included new ceiling on the first floor, three offices on the second floor, and installation of carpet, vinyl tile, and floor tile. Additionally, the wood flooring on the second floor was refinished.

Sagard Real Estate, formerly known as EverWest, acquired a warehouse that was cracking. They enlisted REDCOM to assess the situation, find a solution and perform the construction needed to get the warehouse back in order.

The owner came to us with an urgent request to create a solution for a 200+ car temporary parking lot and site access. We were able to complete the job in 3 days. We were able to lay down over 1,574 cubic yards of stone, creating over 200 spaces and maintain vehicle access that satisfied the town and the business’s requirements.
- [WIP Hopelawn Urban Renewal](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/wip-hopelawn/): REDCOM completed a ground-up construction of a 100,000 SF warehouse.
- [Branchburg Business Campus](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/branchburg-business-campus/): Our team completed the design-build construction of this 72,000 SF, industrial facility.

First project was an addition to the existing structure, which was later accompanied by a mezzanine addition. Later built a ground up building warehouse, then completed an addition to the facility. Facility is 100% solar powered, and is made up of warehouse and office space.
- [Pegasus III](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/pegasus-iii/): This is our third project for the Pegasus team. Pegasus III, is a two-story, industrial building for manufacturing of vinyl swimming pool liners. The building is approximately 52,327 SF.
- [Meadowlands Nissan](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/meadowlands-nissan/): This project included the installation and commissioning of  a 210.56 Photovoltaic System (Solar Panel System) on the roof of the showroom and service building. This renovation was completed while the facility was open to the public.
- [Planet Honda](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/planet-honda/): This project included a large area in the front of the building had to be demolished and rebuilt. The renovation included a new entry way element and the construction of a new vehicle delivery canopy. REDCOM also had to erect steel for new service area, and tilt-up wall panels for new service reception and new front showroom structure.

- [McGuire Cadillac](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/mcguire-cadillac/): REDCOM provided a new entranceway and entry element, as well as wood veneer on the walls of all offices and the showroom. Also made bathrooms ADA compliant.
- [McGuire Buick GMC](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/mcguire-buick-gmc/): REDCOM demolished and rebuilt the new entry element. The project also featured the addition of exterior canopy and exterior ramp. REDCOM removed and replaced the tiles, carpet, emblems, and ceiling inside the facility.

- [Residence Inn By Marriott](https://www.redcomllc.com/portfolios/residence-inn-of-east-brunswick/): REDCOM completed the general contracting as well as furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Residence Inn by Marriot. It will include 106 rooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities.

The roof incorporated a hydronic snow melt system to avoid the need for removal of snow.

This project included the sales offices, showroom, certified service center and plenty of outdoor parking. Also, it featured a new mezzanine and canopy.
