REDCOM, NJ’s Multifaceted Design/Build Firm, Expands Team

As REDCOM moves into its 41st year, the company remains a leader in NJ in industrial and automotive design and construction.
As 2023 progresses, the company continues to invest in its human capital under the guidance of new CEO Ryan Teicher. “We are thrilled to welcome Ryan Teicher as our new CEO,” said President and owner Greg Redington. “Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience toREDCOM with his strong background in construction, real estate, and engineering management.”
Teicher will drive the company’s strategic direction and growth, working closely with REDCOM’s leadership team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while expanding the firm’s existing strengths. He will oversee the daily operations of the business and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

REDCOM announced that it is also expanding its account team with the addition of Joe Lane as Account Executive. Lane joined REDCOM in February and brings 8 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent to the firm.
Sam Rockaway, REDCOM’s Vice President of Sales, emphasized how expanding the team will benefit customers. “We work closely with clients throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of a project. The expansion will give each account executive more time to focus on complex design-build projects, quarterbacking our in-house estimators, engineers, architects, and project managers to produce the best finished result possible for clients.”
