Residence Inn Groundbreaking Ceremony

The extended stay hotel will be opening its doors in the Tower Center Office Complex in Summer 2020.

East Brunswick, NJ, June 13, 2019 – The rainy skies parted just in time to celebrate the groundbreaking at the site of the future Residence Inn of East Brunswick. Those in attendance included owners Harish Surati and Bobby Sheth, Mayor Brad J. Cohen, the REDCOM Design & Construction, LLC team, several other members of the Township and representatives from Amboy Bank.

The completed five-story hotel will include 106 rooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities. REDCOM is set to finish construction of this 82,250 SF hotel in Summer 2020. Approximately 30 subcontractors will be working throughout the duration of the job. The team is looking forward to working on another hotel project.

Single-source responsibility, qualified in-house professionals, and experienced project managers have enabled REDCOM to design, receive approvals for, and construct many diversified facilities.
