Robbinsville CDJR Ribbon Cutting

The new 50,000 SF dealership is located on Route 130 in Robbinsville, NJ.

Roughly 60 guests gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Robbinsville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Those in attendance included owners Frank Esposito and Phil Mastellone, Mayor Dave Fried, the Route 130 CDJR staff, the REDCOM Design & Construction LLC team and several other members of the Township.

Esposito kicked off the celebration with a warm welcome to all guests in attendance. His speech was followed by several snapshots of the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Guests enjoyed refreshments, passed hors d’oeuvres courtesy of Chef Dan’s Catering and a sheet cake, provided by REDCOM.

During the design phase of the project, the REDCOM team faced a few challenges that they were able to overcome seamlessly. “Typically, a dealership has the service area located behind the showroom, but the site conditions did not permit this type of design,” said Roberto Martinez, VP of Architecture at REDCOM. “We solved this problem by adjusting the plans to have the showroom and service area located next to each other.”
 
Additionally, REDCOM’s architectural staff had to change the exterior of the Jeep façade, as well as a portion of the showroom to reflect the upgraded DID (Design Intent Documents) that were put in place by the manufacturer once the initial drawings were created. “While there were a few obstacles along the way, REDCOM was able to build an image compliant dealership, while keeping the owner satisfied with the end-result,” said Martinez.
