REDCOM's SVP of Sales Joins WRNJ Radio

WRNJ - September 10th, 2024

Sam Rockaway, Senior Vice President of Sales at REDCOM Design & Construction, was recently interviewed on WRNJ Radio.

In conversation with Host Bert Baron, Rockaway spoke on a variety of topics such as getting project approval. Rockaway explained, “One of the biggest challenges is the approval process. In New Jersey, approval to build includes agreement by all the agencies involved: the DOT [Department of Transportation], the DEP [Department of Environmental Protection], and the local and state authorities which can be very challenging. It can take anywhere between a year or two and can cost in the range of five hundred thousand to a million dollars.”

According to Ryan Teicher, REDCOM CEO, “The preconstruction phase of a project is critical and complex, as Sam noted. At REDCOM, having engineers, architects and construction managers under one roof helps our clients get through this process as efficiently as possible.”

The episode explores the strategic benefits of consolidating multiple specialties within a single organization. This integrated approach allows REDCOM to offer swift and creative solutions to their clients, leveraging the combined expertise of their diverse team. They highlight how this synergy fosters efficient teamwork, supports company growth, and enhances their ability to solve problems innovatively for their clients.

Listeners can expect valuable insights into the dynamics of collaborative teamwork and the advantages of a comprehensive service model in the construction industry. Whether interested in construction practices, business strategies, or client-focused innovations, this podcast episode offers a wealth of informative content.
