156 Boundary Road

The 156 Boundary Road facility in Marlboro, NJ will have improved access along the roadway, expanded parking areas, and upgraded stormwater management systems. REDCOM is managing the construction and provided architectural and engineering services. The structure is a brand-new logistics, shipping and fulfillment facility. The building (56,170 square feet), will include four offices, one large breakroom and two bathrooms. There will be four loading dock doors and one drive-in door. It will be a precast concrete panel building with form liners.
