REDCOM Design and Construction had the groundbreaking of its latest project at Front Street in Scotch Plains, commencing the start of a new housing development in the community. The foundation work is underway, setting the stage for the building’s structure, which features robust columns followed by a shell that encloses the building.

Once the structure is in place, REDCOM will proceed with constructing the roof, followed by the installation of a modern parking facility. The parking garage will include electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to accommodate the needs of future residents.

The building will have three floors, the first dedicated to parking, and the second and third consisting of 42 units total. The 80,181-square-foot development is expected to be completed in approximately 18 months during the Summer of 2026.
