Front Street Housing

REDCOM Design & Construction completed the Front Street residential development in Scotch Plains, delivering an 80,181-square-foot, three-story multifamily community that brings 42 new residential units to the area. The project included a first-floor parking garage equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, while the second and third floors feature thoughtfully designed living spaces for residents. From sitework and foundation construction through the building’s structural shell and final finishes, REDCOM successfully managed every phase of the project, delivering a modern residential development that supports the continued growth and vitality of the Scotch Plains community.
