Straight Edge Walls Tilted up: Aerial View
Tilting up these walls is no simple task. Beyond the physical challenges, achieving the correct size and fit for these massive concrete slabs requires exceptional precision.
Unlike wood, where adjustments can be made on-site, concrete slabs leave no room for error. One cannot shave off a piece of concrete if the slabs are the wrong size. A miscalculation not only risks a significant delay– potentially over a month while the new slabs cure– but also threatens the project’s budget.
With walls now successfully tilted up, the next phase will involve installing structural steel and roofing.
