Javier Costa is a project manager at REDCOM. At REDCOM, Javier coordinates all components of the construction project to deliver it on time and on budget, including creating project schedules and coordinating between the project personnel and owners to meet goals. He has ten years of experience in construction as project manager, including nine at REDCOM. Prior to REDCOM, Javier worked as an estimator for five years for both private and public government construction projects in Europe. 
 
Javier has a Building Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain and a Master’s degree in Management and Planning in Civil Engineering at NJIT. He also has an OSHA 30 certification. In his free time, Javier likes to go to the beach and spend time with his family.
