“This is our second project with REDCOM, both projects were remodels of our current facility. REDCOM is an amazing company to work with. they handled all of the interactions with the factory and made sure we were compliant. Any issues that occurred were handled in a professional and highly skilled manner. We could not have been happier with the way they cared for our project. I would recommend them for any of your building or remodeling needs.”

“I wanted to take some time to thank Greg and his staff for another beautifully completed project. This is our second project with REDCOM. The Mazda showroom really looks spectacular, and we have received so many compliments from our customers, vendors, and employees. I want to say a special “Thank you” to the team that worked with us throughout our remodel, John Cannata, Jimmy Conrad, and Petronila Gonzalez. Their attention to our project was top-notch and they helped us find solutions when the factory was making demands for things. Jimmy was there every day supervising the subs and it really took the stress from our shoulders.

Even with the Covid-19 outbreak things seem to move along and everyone was conscious of wearing protective gear and keeping their distance. John was always easy to reach and he kept us up to date on the project. He worked with us on containing the disruption to our other showroom so we could continue to do business while the Mazda remodel was going on. I also want to say thank you to Brianna, who provided us with up to date photos that we could post to our website as a timeline while our project was in progress. Thank you again from everyone here.”

“REDCOM built a beautiful new Chevrolet Cadillac dealership for us in Newton, NJ. We get compliments from everyone who visits our dealership. So a big thank you to Greg Redington, Keith Meehan, Sean Feeney and the whole team at REDCOM. We have been in this building for 3 plus years now. We had a small water leak but with one call REDCOM had a crew up here to repair this small problem. So would we recommend REDCOM? We already have and will continue to recommend REDCOM.”

“REDCOM constructed the Sportsplex at Metuchen at 215 Durham Avenue in 2011. The project was professionally and competitively bid and change orders were thoroughly vetted, value-engineered when possible and justified.  When contaminated soils and groundwater were encountered they followed all established protocols and NJDEP regulations in isolating, segregating, separating, storing and properly disposing of all contaminated materials while minimizing delays in site work and construction. As many as six years after our certificate of occupancy we had several occasions to call and consult with our project manager and others at REDCOM. Everyone was still working there, a testament to a corporate culture that treats their employees well and provides a positive work environment. Moreover, in every case they provided satisfactory warranty work, as necessary, and professional advice and guidance on operational and structural issues well outside the original work scope. As we proceed to the final phase of our Metuchen development we have every intention of using REDCOM on a negotiated sole source contract basis, a testament to their integrity and value-added approach to the design-build process.”

We have been able to do this because through their actions they have demonstrated that they are truly committed to helping us provide the best possible educational facilities for our students.”

“A few years ago, Surgent’s Elite School of Gymnastics’ Westfield location was in need of our first facility expansion. We had outgrown our facility and consulted Greg Redington, the owner of REDCOM, to design and oversee the construction of our 5,000 sq. ft. project. Although Greg’s company was rapidly growing, he assigned one of his skilled architects and took on my project. The final plans were completed within one month. After town approval, we began construction. Greg was hands on from the beginning to the end. With his guidance our addition was completed in around eight months. I still remember Greg insisting to meet with me at the job site to make sure he could inspect the final product. He wanted to make sure everything was built accurately according to the architecture plans and to his high standards. After I was granted a permanent C.O., he gave me a check for $10,000. Seeing the confusion on my face, he explained the project came in under budget and he was returning $10,000. Between my houses, condominiums and buildings, I have spent half my life dealing with contractors. Never in my life did I have anyone return money after the project was over. I was completely shocked by Greg’s honesty. It was an unexpected and selfless gesture. To this day, I am amazed at his moral conviction. It also influenced how I do business within the gymnastics industry.

Because of his professionalism, I hired Greg’s company to put another addition on the front of my building and a 5,000 sq. ft. solar panel project on the roof of the addition he had helped build. The solar panel project involved state and federal rebates. Although the rebates were outside the scope of what I hired him for, he assigned one of his employees to help me complete the rebate process. I am limited in my technology knowledge, and his team was very patient and kind to me. Greg was generous with his time taking my phone calls and drop-in visits. I always felt welcome and valued. To this day, his staff still helps me quarterly yo call in the S racks (unit to measure accumulated solar energy) long after our project ended.

Through our years together, I have worked with many of his team members. I can tell Greg displays strong leadership in his company, and his employees seem to thrive under his leadership style. They reflect Greg’s honesty, patience, kindness and knowledge. I appreciate his professionalism and look forward to working together again.”
