Joshua Tiner

Vice President of Engineering

Josh Tiner is the vice president of engineering at REDCOM. At REDCOM, Josh assesses sites, develops site plans and manages the site approval process with local planning boards and other authorities with jurisdiction. He has worked for almost 30 years in the design, engineering and construction industries, spending significant time in an executive oversight role. Josh has expansive technical knowledge and a firm understanding of the steps required to take various project types from concept to completion. He is qualified to testify before planning and zoning boards in several states and is an expert in soil erosion and sediment control. Josh also maintains a contracting license in several states and in multiple international jurisdictions where he practices as an engineer of record.

Josh holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. He has an OSHA 30 certification and is a member of NSPE.  Outside of work Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing at the beach, volunteering, coaching kids’ sports and playing music.
