Patrick Kelmartin is an estimator at REDCOM. At REDCOM, he develops material estimations and manages relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Patrick works with clients to refine project scopes and estimates and leads procurement processes including the creation of bid packages. He has 14 years of experience, including eight at REDCOM. Prior roles include assistant project engineer at the Brookfield Avenue Landfill Remediation Project and project manager at A&E Real Estate Holdings. Patrick’s area of expertise includes the preconstruction process and cost estimating. 

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He has both a 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification and a 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health certification. Patrick enjoys golfing, skiing and playing softball in his free time.
