Suzanne Butler

 Suzanne Butler is the SVP of Business Operations at REDCOM. At REDCOM, Suzanne oversees REDCOM’s Human Resources, Systems Operations and Technology, and Accounting teams. Suzanne seeks to improve processes and procedures that drive efficiency, building new and improved HR programs and providing coaching and guidance to employees. Suzanne is an expert in people and business functions and has over 30 years of experience in corporate and small business environments, including ten years at REDCOM. 

Suzanne holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Montclair State University and Thomas Edison State University and a Society of Human Resources Management certification. In her personal time, Suzanne enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family at the beach.
