Thomas Motley

Project Manager
 Thomas (TJ) Motley is a project manager in the Special Projects Division at REDCOM. At REDCOM, TJ manages and provides oversight for smaller construction projects to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and on budget. He has 14 years of experience in construction and has worked as a general contractor for P&S Construction, an environmental consultant and project manager for WCD Group, and a residential project manager for Michael Robert Construction.

TJ holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a minor in Business from Villanova University. He has an OSHA 30 certification and is Procore-certified in project management. In his free time, TJ likes skiing, playing video games, watching sports, going to concerts and spending time with his family.
