So far in 2022, REDCOM has hired a total of 14 new employees as well as 4 summer interns. New additions to the team include 6 superintendents, 2 engineers, 2 architects, and 2 project managers, as well as the creation of two new positions in Sales and IT. Summer interns have been allocated to Construction, Engineering, Estimating, and Sales departments.
We also welcomed our new Chief Financial Officer, Joe Barberi, to the REDCOM family. He has many years of experience managing the operations and financials of several different corporations. He also grew up working in the family construction business making him a great fit for the executive team!
