REDCOM completed the renovation of a 148,000 SF warehouse in Secaucus, NJ. Sagard Real Estate, formerly known as EverWest, acquired a warehouse that was cracking. They enlisted REDCOM to assess the situation, find a solution and perform the construction needed to get the warehouse back in order.
