REDCOM completed the building of a ground-up 130,000 SF logistics warehouse for Sagard. It included 3,000 SF of office space, 17 loading docks, 2-drive in doors and 46 feet of ceiling height. We re-developed all of the site work, including the demolition of an existing warehouse.
