This project featured a brand new dealership consisting of a finished showroom, customer lounge, sales and management offices, employee break rooms, service drive-in and shops, and parts area.
"Hackettstown Honda was one of the first challenging projects that I worked on at REDCOM. The project was the first of many projects for one of our premier clients and we didn’t disappoint. The project consisted of every possible approval that one may need to construct a building in the State of New Jersey. We worked with the client to develop a master plan, not only for the current franchise but for the possibility of a future franchise. The site was designed with the future expansion in mind. Additionally, the project involved creative solutions to site design to satisfy the sites historic nature and susceptibility to sinkholes. This included the restoration of an old barn and the construction of a manmade pond which is now stocked with fish and wildlife!"
