REDCOM Completed four phased projects for owner, Frank Patel. First project was an addition to the existing structure, which was later accompanied by a mezzanine addition. Later built a ground up building warehouse, then completed an addition to the facility. Facility is 100% solar powered, and is made up of warehouse and office space.
Service Utilized: Engineering approval, architecture and construction management
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Project Stats: 20,000 SF addition, 20,000 SF mezzanine addition. Also completed a ground up 50,000 SF building, later accompanied by a 30,000 SF addition
