REDCOM completed the general contracting as well as furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Residence Inn by Marriot. It will include 106 rooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities.

In March of 2022, REDCOM’s work on Residence Inn was recognized by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and selected as one of the best projects that broke ground in 2021. Read the full feature below.
