In the case of our clients at Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Robbinsville, NJ, we were able to provide facility that not only worked well with the site’s complexity, but also complied with the factory’s image upgrade requirements.

REDCOM completed the design-build, ground-up construction of this 50,500 SF dealership. During the design phase, our architects faced challenges due to the site’s longer width. They needed to think outside of the box to design a dealership that maximized the space.

As a result of putting their creative brains together, the showroom, sales, and back-office areas are located on the right side, with parts located in the middle of the dealership, and the service area located on the left side – as you can see in the architectural plan below.
